PHOTO TAKING POLICY
AT THIS CONVENTION
We know that taking photos makes the convention even more fun and we thought it would be a good idea to share our photo taking policies for you before you arrive at the convention so you can prepare. In the auditorium, photo taking is encouraged, but only from your seat. It is unfair to run up to the stage and block the view of others who have paid for reserved seats in front of you. Even if there are empty seats, patrons must sit in the seats they paid for to be fair to everyone. Due to fire marshall regulations everyone must be seated during performances. Please also be courteous to your neighbors when taking pictures. Photo taking is not allowed during autographing sessions nor during the photo ops. Only those people who have autograph tickets may come up to get autographs. At the various parties and food functions: photo taking is encouraged when the guests arrive (but only from your seats). After a sufficient time for all to get their photos we ask that your cameras be placed down so the celebrities can enjoy their time at these events. Thank you for understanding the need to have these few rules so everyone is safe and has fun.

AUTOGRAPHS

Autograph and Photo Op Tickets do not include admission to the convention. You must have an admission ticket for the convention in order to redeem autograph and photo op tickets.

Here's the rare chance to get an in-person hand-signed autograph by your favorite celebrity. We do autographing row by row for those that have them included in their packages followed by additional autograph tickets called by number. If autographs are part of your ticket package you can get any additional signatures you've purchased the first time you come up. You must bring an item for the celebrity to sign: you can bring something from home or purchase an officially licensed photograph or souvenir at the convention. The autograph tickets are available in limited supply, please order soon. THANKS!

Creation Entertainment holds a "block" of rooms for our attendees. These blocks of rooms have a lower rate than standard rates at the hotel, but they also have a "cut-off" point after which hotels may choose to revert back to their own higher rates for our customers. Usually this cut off date is one month prior to the event, but this does vary. Therefore it is always wise to book your rooms for our conventions as early as possible.

On One side of the theatre: Tyson Houseman, Bronson Pelletier, Gil Birmingham and Jodelle Ferland will be signing autographs on a complimentary basis for Gold and Preferred Weekend Patrons (we will call row by row) followed by those with autograph tickets (we will call by number, all autographs are available at registration for $20 each).

On the other side of the theatre: Kiowa Gordon and Tinsel Korey will be signing for those with their autograph tickets, available at registration for $20 (Kiowa and Tinsel signed for Gold and Preferred Weekend Patrons yesterday but if you did not get them you may get them tonight).

7:00 pm: COSTUME COMPETITION: come dressed as your favorite Twilight character and try to win a $250 gift certificate as well as other prizes (everyone who enters wins something!)

Fans from around the globe congregate in their finest vampire wear to raise the roof! Prizes for best costume and best dancers! Here’s the perfect way to meet and mingle with fellow fans from around the globe and we’ll also welcome in special appearances celebrity guests including BRONSON PELLETIER, TYSON HOUSEMAN, TINSEL KOREY, KIOWA GORDON, BOOBOO STEWART, JODELLE FERLAND, and GIL BIRMINGHAM. A super-hot DJ is set, the dance floor is ready, and this party is fine for all ages. A cash bar will be open for those that wish to order beverages. Your hosts for the night are the always entertaining HILLYWOOD SHOW CAST and they have some surprises in store for the crowd too! This event is included on a complimentary basis for GOLD WEEKEND PATRONS. We have a FEW extra tickets that are available for those who are not Gold Patrons at registration for $79 each. Cameras permitted when the celebrities first enter the room, after that time kindly put your cameras away so our guests can enjoy their time at the party too!
