PHOTO TAKING POLICY
AT THIS CONVENTION
We know that taking photos makes the convention even more fun and we thought it would be a good idea to share our photo taking policies for you before you arrive at the convention so you can prepare. In the auditorium, photo taking is encouraged, but only from your seat. It is unfair to run up to the stage and block the view of others who have paid for reserved seats in front of you. Even if there are empty seats, patrons must sit in the seats they paid for to be fair to everyone. Due to fire marshall regulations everyone must be seated during performances. Please also be courteous to your neighbors when taking pictures. Photo taking is not allowed during autographing sessions nor during the photo ops. Only those people who have autograph tickets may come up to get autographs. At the various parties and food functions: photo taking is encouraged when the guests arrive (but only from your seats). After a sufficient time for all to get their photos we ask that your cameras be placed down so the celebrities can enjoy their time at these events. Thank you for understanding the need to have these few rules so everyone is safe and has fun.

We are proud to present Creation Entertainment's Official TWILIGHT CONVENTION in the city of MIAMI, FLORIDA, our first visit to this area of the country! We're very happy to have the convention held at the beautiful Hilton Miami Downtown!

With fantastic guest stars from the film, wonderful programming, panels and events, themed parties, autographs and photo ops, live musical performances and more: make your plans now to join the celebration! Creation Entertainment has presented over 2,000 conventions for our fellow fans since 1971: come and experience a fantastic weekend you'll never forget! Our events will take place whether a specific guest cancels or not (we always try to book replacements) and therefore we can not issue admission ticket or ticket package refunds if a particular guest does not fulfill their appearance contract. If you purchase separate autograph or photo ops with a guest that cancels, you have the option of using those funds as "cash" at the event or returning the unused autograph or photo op ticket to us for a refund. SATURDAY NIGHT VOLTURI VAMPIRE BALL Fans from around the globe congregate in their finest vampire wear to raise the roof! Prizes for best costume and best dancers! Hosted by THE HILLYWOOD SHOW cast this event rocks the house and is a favorite of our attendees! Here's the perfect way to meet and mingle with fellow fans! TWILIGHT TRIVIA GAMES Here's where YOU get to show off your knowledge of all things Twilight: novels and film! There's the YES/NO game where contestants are brought up from the audience to vie for hundreds of dollars in prizes, and we'll also be doing our famous "Stump The Experts" game where audience members can try to stump the Twilight geniuses and win! So let's get studying and ready to win.... please bring along trivia questions to ask too: all questions must be answered by something that appeared in the novels or in the film.

MEET ALPHIE AND PEL FROM "TWILIGHT LEXICON" Lori Joffs (Alphie) and Laura Byrne-Cristiano (Pel) of the Twilight Lexicon will be appearing at several of Creation Entertainment's Official Twilight Conventions. The Twilight Lexicon (www.twilightlexicon.com), quoted by Stephenie Meyer as "the brightest star in the Twilight online universe," is one of the original Twilight fansites, and the site creators will be on hand to meet the fans and talk about everything Twilight, including their set visits to both the Twilight and New Moon filming locations. Lori Joffs acted as a reader for Stephenie during the development of Eclipse and Laura Byrne-Cristiano has her finger on the pulse of the most current (and verified) news. They created the Twilight Lexicon in March of 2006 and have the most in-depth knowledge of the Twilight universe. Don't miss the chance to talk to two of the original fans of the series. TwilightLexicon has planned three special panels for us during the weekend: The Real Forks: a video driving tour through Forks and La Push and a Q&A about the town FRIDAY Tales From the Red Carpet. Ever wonder what goes on in between all the screaming at a Hollywood premiere find out as the twilght lexicon describes what it's like to be in the eye of the storm. SATURDAY Twilight Saga Set Visit - The Lexicon was on set of Twilight the day that Catherine Hardwicke referred to as: “The day that made grown men cry”. Hear about that day of crazy weather on the beach and share her video interviews with Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner. They were also on the set of New Moon and can speak about the vast difference between the two experiences.. SUNDAY

TWILIGHT MOMS PANEL We're happy to present a special panel with The TwilightMOMS on Saturday. When TwilightMOMS.com founder, Lisa Hansen, took her search to the Internet to try and find another woman somewhere in the world like her, an average wife, a mom, a working woman and secretly obsessed with the world of The Twilight Saga, she never expected to find her query answered by legions of women from all over the world who indeed are just like her. Women from all walks of life have been able to breathe a sigh of relief that they are not alone in their obsession. TwilightMOMS rapidly became one of the major news sources for Twilight fans everywhere. The site catering to adults revealed a previously taboo and unknown demographic of fans of The Twilight Saga, as well as for the YA genre of literature in general. Whatever your age, come join us for a fun and heartfelt panel with some of the great ladies involved with the website.

FANTASY FACES & BA BODYART Andrea O'Donnell is an award winning makeup artist who has been making the world a more beautiful place for over 20 years. In 2004, Andrea turned her focus toward the more colorful side of makeup artistry in the form of face and body painting, and founded her Michigan based company Fantasy Faces & BA BodyArt. Andrea is an internationally recognized artist, instructor, and competitor, winning 1st place at the 2009 Face and Body Art International Convention. She has been traveling with various Twilight fan conventions through the United States since 2008, but is now working exclusively with the Official Twilight Conventions, providing Twi-hard fans (and an occasional vampire or wolf) with all of their cosmetic needs; from fantasy makeup, to temporary tattoos, to hair accessories, jewelry, colored contacts and more! The TwiGirl image series is Andrea's unique creation, her own artistic rendering of the stories and elements from this amazing book and film phenomenon. The original TwiGirl 2009 gained worldwide publicity and was published in several international magazines, including some from the UK and Australia. It is very important to us that everyone who wants to attend The Official TWILIGHT Convention Tour can do so. That's why we are offering different levels of ticketing so that there is something for everyone. General admission ticketing allows you to see all the guests and events that take place in the main theatre and of course includes entrance into the vendors area. It is a wonderful full day of entertainment for little more than a movie, popcorn and a drink would cost! For those that want a fuller experience including autographs and parties the more expensive ticketing packages are below as well. Autograph and Photo Op Tickets do not include admission to the convention. You must have an admission ticket for the convention in order to redeem autograph and photo op tickets.

Here's the rare chance to get an in-person hand-signed autograph by your favorite celebrity. We do autographing row by row for those that have them included in their packages followed by additional autograph tickets called by number. If autographs are part of your ticket package you can get any additional signatures you've purchased the first time you come up. You must bring an item for the celebrity to sign: you can bring something from home or purchase an officially licensed photograph or souvenir at the convention. Creation Entertainment holds a "block" of rooms for our attendees. These blocks of rooms have a lower rate than standard rates at the hotel, but they also have a "cut-off" point after which hotels may choose to revert back to their own higher rates for our customers. Usually this cut off date is one month prior to the event, but this does vary. Therefore it is always wise to book your rooms for our conventions as early as possible.

2:20 pm The Official Twilight Convention Yes/No Trivia Competition: We’re playing three rounds and all are welcomed to try their luck. The last person standing on stage wins a $250 gift certificate, a professional make-over, and gets to be part of our Volturi Court at Saturday Night’s party!

5:00 pm EXCLUSIVE to The Official TWILIGHT Convention Tour 2010: interviews with the cast of NEW MOON! We have footage with Rob, Kristen, Taylor, Dakota, Michael Sheen, the entire Wolf Pack, The Cullens, and more! And, we’re asking the questions that YOU want to hear answered, in fact many of the questions came from our audience!

5:30 pm Autographs with PETER FACINELLI, complimentary for Gold and Preferred Weekend Patrons (whom we will call row by row and if you have additional autograph tickets please get everything signed the first time you go up). Next we will call up those with separate autograph tickets for Peter (available all day at registration for $30 each) which will call by number.

1:55 pm TWILIGHT LEXICON PANEL: Twilight Saga Set Visit - The Lexicon was on set of Twilight the day that Catherine Hardwicke referred to as: “The day that made grown men cry”. Hear about that day of crazy weather on the beach and share her video interviews with Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner. They were also on the set of New Moon and can speak about the vast difference between the two experiences.
