PHOTO TAKING POLICY
AT THIS CONVENTION
We know that taking photos makes the convention even more fun and we thought it would be a good idea to share our photo taking policies for you before you arrive at the convention so you can prepare. In the auditorium, photo taking is encouraged, but only from your seat. It is unfair to run up to the stage and block the view of others who have paid for reserved seats in front of you. Even if there are empty seats, patrons must sit in the seats they paid for to be fair to everyone. Due to fire marshall regulations everyone must be seated during performances. Please also be courteous to your neighbors when taking pictures. Photo taking is not allowed during autographing sessions nor during the photo ops. Only those people who have autograph tickets may come up to get autographs. At the various parties and food functions: photo taking is encouraged when the guests arrive (but only from your seats). After a sufficient time for all to get their photos we ask that your cameras be placed down so the celebrities can enjoy their time at these events. Thank you for understanding the need to have these few rules so everyone is safe and has fun.

We thank Summit Entertainment for allowing us the honor of presenting Official TWILIGHT Conventions which gives us the opportunity of bringing our attendees exclusive content, great guests, licensed Twilight merchandise, cool decorations and designs for our staging, and some super surprises! Our events will take place whether a specific guest cancels or not (we always try to book replacements) and therefore we can not issue admission ticket or ticket package refunds if a particular guest does not fulfill their appearance contract. If you purchase separate autograph or photo ops with a guest that cancels, you have the option of using those funds as "cash" at the event or returning the unused autograph or photo op ticket to us for a refund. Please note prior to purchasing your tickets that you are buying a ticket for The Official TWILIGHT CONVENTION and not for specific guest appearance(s). We want everyone to be comfortable and we certainly don't want to impose a dress code that would require someone to purchase apparel that they don't currently own. If possible we do want attendees to come dressed in party attire, upscale casual, or in themed costume. TWILIGHT TRIVIA GAMES Here's where YOU get to show off your knowledge of all things Twilight: novels and film! There's the YES/NO game where contestants are brought up from the audience to vie for hundreds of dollars in prizes, and we'll also be doing our famous "Stump The Experts" game where audience members can try to stump the Twilight geniuses and win! So let's get studying and ready to win.... please bring along trivia questions to ask too: all questions must be answered by something that appeared in the novels or in the film.

TWILIGHT LEXICON WILL BE PART OF THE FUN! The Twilight Lexicon, quoted by Stephenie Meyer as "the brightest star in the Twilight online universe," is one of the original and most visited Twilight fansites. They will be hosting panels throughout the weekend to share with the fans some of the great experiences and behind-the-scenes insights they’ve gained from their work in the fandom. Representing the website this weekend will be Laura (Pel) and Jen (Be My Escape). Panel topics and days are subject to change. Friday - The Real Forks A video driving tour through Forks and La Push and a Q&A about the town. Saturday - Twilight Saga Set Visit The Lexicon was on set of Twilight the day that Catherine Hardwicke referred to as: “The day that made grown men cry”. Hear about that day of crazy weather on the beach and share her video interviews with Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner. They were also on the set of New Moon and can speak about the vast difference between the two experiences. Sunday - Tales from the Black carpet Yes, you read that right, the premiere carpet was black and not red. Ever wonder what goes on between all the screaming at a Hollywood premiere? AUTOGRAPHS

Autograph and Photo Op Tickets do not include admission to the convention. You must have an admission ticket for the convention in order to redeem autograph and photo op tickets.

Here's the rare chance to get an in-person hand-signed autograph by your favorite celebrity. We do autographing row by row for those that have them included in their packages followed by additional autograph tickets called by number. If autographs are part of your ticket package you can get any additional signatures you've purchased the first time you come up. You must bring an item for the celebrity to sign: you can bring something from home or purchase an officially licensed photograph or souvenir at the convention. The autograph tickets are available in limited supply, please order soon. THANKS!

Creation Entertainment holds a "block" of rooms for our attendees. These blocks of rooms have a lower rate than standard rates at the hotel, but they also have a "cut-off" point after which hotels may choose to revert back to their own higher rates for our customers. Usually this cut off date is one month prior to the event, but this does vary. Therefore it is always wise to book your rooms for our conventions as early as possible.
