PHOTO TAKING POLICY
AT THIS CONVENTION
We know that taking photos makes the convention even more fun and we thought it would be a good idea to share our photo taking policies for you before you arrive at the convention so you can prepare. In the auditorium, photo taking is encouraged, but only from your seat. It is unfair to run up to the stage and block the view of others who have paid for reserved seats in front of you. Even if there are empty seats, patrons must sit in the seats they paid for to be fair to everyone. Due to fire marshall regulations everyone must be seated during performances. Please also be courteous to your neighbors when taking pictures. Photo taking is not allowed during autographing sessions nor during the photo ops. Only those people who have autograph tickets may come up to get autographs. At the various parties and food functions: photo taking is encouraged when the guests arrive (but only from your seats). After a sufficient time for all to get their photos we ask that your cameras be placed down so the celebrities can enjoy their time at these events. Thank you for understanding the need to have these few rules so everyone is safe and has fun.

MARCH 15, 2010: We have been advised that Bronson Pelletier will be unable to attend the convention. The fantastic TINSEL KOREY (Emily), who has been a sensational guest for us at other tour stops, will be filling the bill as noted on the site. Those with separate Bronson autograph and/or photo ops may use those tickets for cash credit at the convention for other tickets or merchandise. ALL GUESTS are contracted to appear and all convention contracts specify that appearances are subject to change as film and television work demands take precedence as can a personal conflict. Our events will take place whether a specific guest cancels or not (we always try to book replacements) and therefore we can not issue admission ticket or ticket package refunds if a particular guest does not fulfill their appearance contract. If you purchase separate autograph or photo ops with a guest that cancels, you have the option of using those funds as "cash" at the event or returning the unused autograph or photo op ticket to us for a refund. Please note prior to purchasing your tickets that you are buying a ticket for The Official TWILIGHT CONVENTION and not for specific guest appearance(s). So let's get studying and ready to win.... please bring along trivia questions to ask too: all questions must be answered by something that appeared in the novels or in the film.

"TWILIGHT LEXICON" AT THE CONVENTION! The Twilight Lexicon (www.twilightlexicon.com), quoted by Stephenie Meyer as "the brightest star in the Twilight online universe," is one of the original Twilight fansites and we are very happy to have them as part of Creation Entertainment's Official Twilight Convention! At this time the founders of the site are working out who will represent them at this particular convention and once that is set we'll let you know (and also list what their panel topics will be each day) , At least one of the site creators will be on hand to meet the fans and talk about everything Twilight, including their set visits to both the Twilight and New Moon filming locations. Here's info on the site founders: Lori Joffs acted as a reader for Stephenie during the development of Eclipse and Laura Byrne-Cristiano has her finger on the pulse of the most current (and verified) news. They created the Twilight Lexicon in March of 2006 and have the most in-depth knowledge of the Twilight universe.

TWILIGHT MOMS PANEL We're happy to present a special panel with The TwilightMOMS on Saturday. When TwilightMOMS.com founder, Lisa Hansen, took her search to the Internet to try and find another woman somewhere in the world like her, an average wife, a mom, a working woman and secretly obsessed with the world of The Twilight Saga, she never expected to find her query answered by legions of women from all over the world who indeed are just like her. FANTASY FACES & BA BODYART Andrea O'Donnell is an award winning makeup artist who has been making the world a more beautiful place for over 20 years. In 2004, Andrea turned her focus toward the more colorful side of makeup artistry in the form of face and body painting, and founded her Michigan based company Fantasy Faces & BA BodyArt. Andrea is an internationally recognized artist, instructor, and competitor, winning 1st place at the 2009 Face and Body Art International Convention. Autograph and Photo Op Tickets do not include admission to the convention. You must have an admission ticket for the convention in order to redeem autograph and photo op tickets.

Here's the rare chance to get an in-person hand-signed autograph by your favorite celebrity. We do autographing row by row for those that have them included in their packages followed by additional autograph tickets called by number. If autographs are part of your ticket package you can get any additional signatures you've purchased the first time you come up. You must bring an item for the celebrity to sign: you can bring something from home or purchase an officially licensed photograph or souvenir at the convention. COMPLIMENTARY PARKING

Creation Entertainment holds a "block" of rooms for our attendees. These blocks of rooms have a lower rate than standard rates at the hotel, but they also have a "cut-off" point after which hotels may choose to revert back to their own higher rates for our customers. Usually this cut off date is one month prior to the event, but this does vary. Therefore it is always wise to book your rooms for our conventions as early as possible.

Thanks for being with us! We really appreciate your visit and we want to make sure you have the absolute best time! With that in mind a few rules to keep everyone safe:

1) Photo taking from your seats only, do not rush the stage when guests appear.

2) No need to run to photo ops, we’ll get them all done. PHOTO OPS are done on a first come/first taken basis but line moves VERY FAST once it gets going.

3) Please have your items for signature out and ready during autograph sessions.

4) Our volunteers are here to help you and we thank them for doing so. However if you have an issue with ANYONE or ANYTHING please let us know during the convention so we can solve the problem. We can’t help out if you don’t tell us!

5) Please sit ONLY in the seat you paid for.

6) At the request of our guests, ABSOLUTELY no video or audiotaping PLEASE!

7) Please turn cell phones and kindly refrain from talking when a speaker or event is on stage.

YOUR HOSTS FOR THE CONVENTION WEEKEND!

We are happy to welcome Internet sensations, the incredibly talented Hannah & Hilly Hindi, creators of “THE HILLYWOOD SHOW,” along with their cast members, Drew Lorentz, Jacob Jost and Kyle Dayton as your convention hosts at Creation Entertainment’s Official TWILIGHT Convention North American Tour 2010. Their amazing Twilight Parody films have been viewed by millions on YouTube. You’ll love meeting THE HILLYWOOD SHOW in person and grabbing a photo with them in various character costumes and make-up. We still have some backstage VIP packages available which lets you come backstage during the daytime conventions, personally meet all the guests, and also gives you front of line privileges all weekend for any event you have a ticket for (including autographs and photo ops). The VIP package goes for $500, see registration if interested.

3:15 pm: TWILIGHT LEXICON PANEL EVENT: Media Madness Run Amock - Laura Byrne-Cristiano deals with every type of media and their reports from the Twilight universe. She has become a crack detective at debunking the rumors and learning what makes sense to pass on to the fans and what doesn’t.

3:45 pm: TWILIGHT EXCLUSIVE STAR INTERVIEWS: The audience gave us the questions and we asked Rob, Kristen, The Cullens, Dakota, Taylor and more!

3:55 pm: PHOTO OPS with PETER FACINELLI, tickets available at registration for $50

4:10 pm: THE HILLYWOOD SHOW: The Making of The New Moon Parody: learn how this talented crew made it all happen!

4:40 pm: AUTOGRAPHS with PETER FACINELLI in the theatre, complimentary for Gold and Preferred Weekend Patrons (called row by row), followed by those with Peter’s autograph ticket, available at registration for $35.

Note: Peter has to catch an early flight so autographs are set a bit earlier than usual and unfortunately he can not make it to the Karaoke show tonight.

9:00 pm: FRIDAY NIGHT KARAOKE CONCERT featuring a special musical performance by MICHAEL WELCH. Complimentary for Gold Weekend Patrons (keep your same seat), for others general admission tickets are available at registration or at the door of the concert for $20 each, general admission. NOTE: OUR DJ will be present in the vendors room from 5pm to 6pm so you can pre-select the songs YOU want to sing (and this way you can practice before!)

Hear about that day of crazy weather on the beach and share her video interviews with Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner. They were also on the set of New Moon and can speak about the vast difference between the two experiences.

2:10 pm: When TwilightMOMS.com founder, Lisa Hansen, took her search to the Internet to try and find another woman somewhere in the world like her, an average wife, a mom, a working woman and secretly obsessed with the world of The Twilight Saga, she never expected to find her query answered by legions of women from all over the world who indeed are just like her. Women from all walks of life have been able to breathe a sigh of relief that they are not alone in their obsession. TwilightMOMS rapidly became one of the major news sources for Twilight fans everywhere. The site catering to adults revealed a previously taboo and unknown demographic of fans of The Twilight Saga, as well as for the YA genre of literature in general. Whatever your age, come join us for a fun and heartfelt panel with some of the great ladies involved with the website.
