PHOTO TAKING POLICY
AT THIS CONVENTION
We know that taking photos makes the convention even more fun and we thought it would be a good idea to share our photo taking policies for you before you arrive at the convention so you can prepare. In the auditorium, photo taking is encouraged, but only from your seat. It is unfair to run up to the stage and block the view of others who have paid for reserved seats in front of you. Even if there are empty seats, patrons must sit in the seats they paid for to be fair to everyone. Due to fire marshall regulations everyone must be seated during performances. Please also be courteous to your neighbors when taking pictures. Photo taking is not allowed during autographing sessions nor during the photo ops. Only those people who have autograph tickets may come up to get autographs. At the various parties and food functions: photo taking is encouraged when the guests arrive (but only from your seats). After a sufficient time for all to get their photos we ask that your cameras be placed down so the celebrities can enjoy their time at these events. Thank you for understanding the need to have these few rules so everyone is safe and has fun.

Sunday - Twilight Saga Set Visit The Lexicon was on set of Twilight the day that Catherine Hardwicke referred to as: “The day that made grown men cry”. Hear about that day of crazy weather on the beach and share her video interviews with Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner. They were also on the set of New Moon and can speak about the vast difference between the two experiences.

Here's the rare chance to get an in-person hand-signed autograph by your favorite celebrity. We do autographing row by row for those that have them included in their packages followed by additional autograph tickets called by number. If autographs are part of your ticket package you can get any additional signatures you've purchased the first time you come up. You must bring an item for the celebrity to sign: you can bring something from home or purchase an officially licensed photograph or souvenir at the convention. Creation Entertainment holds a "block" of rooms for our attendees. These blocks of rooms have a lower rate than standard rates at the hotel, but they also have a "cut-off" point after which hotels may choose to revert back to their own higher rates for our customers. Usually this cut off date is one month prior to the event, but this does vary. Therefore it is always wise to book your rooms for our conventions as early as possible.

WELCOME TO EVERYONE!

Thanks for being with us! We really appreciate your visit and we want to make sure you have the absolute best time! With that in mind a few rules to keep everyone safe:

1) Photo taking from your seats only, do not rush the stage when guests appear. Flashes while the stage lighting is on and theatre is dark will cause your photos not to come out well, full lights are turned on towards the end of the sessions.

2) PHOTO OPS are done on a first come/first taken basis, PLEASE be on time as they move very quickly and once over we cannot repeat

3) Please have your items for signature out and ready during autograph sessions. Personalizations are at the discretion of the celebrities signing.

4) Our volunteers are here to help you and we thank them for doing so. However if you have an issue with ANYONE or ANYTHING please let us know during the convention so we can solve the problem. We can’t help out if you don’t tell us!

5) Please sit ONLY in the seat you paid for.

6) At the request of our guests, ABSOLUTELY no video or
audiotaping PLEASE!

7) Please turn cell phones and kindly refrain from talking when a speaker or event is on stage.

8) We LOVE seeing blogs, comments, emails, postings about the Tour, but please refer to us as The Official Twilight Convention and NOT Twicon (THANKS!), and link your stories to www.twilightconvention.com so fans can find out more!

YOUR HOSTS FOR THE CONVENTION WEEKEND!
We are happy to welcome Internet sensations, the incredibly talented Hannah & Hilly Hindi, creators of “THE HILLYWOOD SHOW,” along with their cast members, Drew Lorentz, Jacob Jost and Kyle Dayton as your convention hosts at Creation Entertainment’s Official TWILIGHT Convention North American Tour 2010. Their amazing Twilight Parody films have been viewed by millions on YouTube. You’ll love meeting THE HILLYWOOD SHOW in person and grabbing a photo with them in various character costumes and make-up. Please make sure also to visit their popular website at www.thehillywoodshow.com

We still have some backstage VIP packages available which lets you come backstage during the daytime conventions, personally meet all the guests, and also gives you front of line privileges all weekend for any event you have a ticket for (including autographs and photo ops). The VIP package goes for $500, see registration if interested.

2:30 pm Twilight YES/NO Game: Here is your chance to put all that Twilight knowledge to great use by trying to win $1750 in gift certificates by being the last person standing on stage in this fast-paced LIVE game show. If you want to play just be in the audience!

3:05 pm Twilight Saga: Eclipse Convention Clips: here are some cool exclusive clips from our huge Los Angeles Convention which featured all the stars and took place right before the release of ECLIPSE!

3:30 pm Twilight Lexicon Panel. The Lexicon, quoted by Stephenie Meyer as “the brightest star in the Twilight online universe,” is one of the original and most visited Twilight fansites. Representing the website this weekend will be Jen (Be My Escape and she will be hosting panels throughout the weekend to share with the fans some of the great experiences and behind-the-scenes insights they’ve gained from their work in the fandom.). Today, our seminar topic is “The Real Forks” where attendees can take a video driving tour through Forks and La Push and a Q&A about the town.

9 pm Creation’s famous FRIDAY NIGHT TWILIGHT KARAOKE PARTY: Join the celebration: it is FREE for GOLD WEEKEND patrons (keep your same great seats), for others general admission is $15. Featuring special singing appearance by Michael Welch and hosted by Julia Jones! Also, special guest performer Candace Charee.

Hear about that day of crazy weather on the beach and share her video interviews with Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner. They were also on the set of New Moon and can speak about the vast difference between the two experiences.
