PHOTO TAKING POLICY
AT THIS CONVENTION
We know that taking photos makes the convention even more fun and we thought it would be a good idea to share our photo taking policies for you before you arrive at the convention so you can prepare. In the auditorium, photo taking is encouraged, but only from your seat. It is unfair to run up to the stage and block the view of others who have paid for reserved seats in front of you. Even if there are empty seats, patrons must sit in the seats they paid for to be fair to everyone. Due to fire marshall regulations everyone must be seated during performances. Please also be courteous to your neighbors when taking pictures. Photo taking is not allowed during autographing sessions nor during the photo ops. Only those people who have autograph tickets may come up to get autographs. At the various parties and food functions: photo taking is encouraged when the guests arrive (but only from your seats). After a sufficient time for all to get their photos we ask that your cameras be placed down so the celebrities can enjoy their time at these events. Thank you for understanding the need to have these few rules so everyone is safe and has fun.

Once in many moons a new genre craze begins and so it is for TWILIGHT, the epic series of books and smash hit feature film (with sequels to follow). We are proud to present Creation Entertainment's Official Twilight Convention 2010 in one of the world's most beautiful cities: TORONTO! It is our first visit to this area of the country with this particular event but we have run many fan conventions in Toronto and we've come to really love the city! We're very happy to have the convention held at the outrageous Westin Harbour Castle, a super-cool site for our event!

With fantastic guest stars from the film, wonderful programming, panels and events, themed parties, autographs and photo ops, live musical performances and more: make your plans now to join the celebration! July 15, 2010: We have just been informed by Kellan Lutz's representative that Kellan is unable to attend Toronto due to reshoots scheduled for his movie "The Killing Game." If you are holding SEPARATE Kellan autograph tickets or photo op tickets you may use these as "cash" at the convention for other tickets or merchandise. ALL GUESTS are contracted to appear and all convention contracts specify that appearances are subject to change as film and television work demands take precedence as can a personal conflict. Our events will take place whether a specific guest cancels or not (we always try to book replacements) and therefore we can not issue admission ticket or ticket package refunds if a particular guest does not fulfill their appearance contract. If you purchase separate autograph or photo ops with a guest that cancels, you have the option of using those funds as "cash" at the event or returning the unused autograph or photo op ticket to us for a refund. Please note prior to purchasing your tickets that you are buying a ticket for The Official TWILIGHT CONVENTION and not for specific guest appearance(s). FRIDAY NIGHT KARAOKE CONCERT We've been having at outrageously fun night at our Karaoke Concerts on the tour. Start practicing your songs because we have prizes for the best and it is a great way to unwind after the opening day. Our special guest host for the evening is tentatively JULIA JONES, Eclipse's Leah Clearwater! This event is complimentary for Gold Weekend Patrons (keep your same excellent seats), for others tickets are priced at $10 American/Canadian available in advance or at the convention itself.

SATURDAY NIGHT VOLTURI VAMPIRE BALL Fans from around the globe congregate in their finest vampire wear to raise the roof! Prizes for best costume and best dancers! Here's the perfect way to meet and mingle with fellow fans! A super hot LA DJ is set, the dance floor is ready, and this party is fine for all ages. Our celebrity guests making special appearances at the party tentatively include BRONSON PELLETIER, KIOWA GORDON, BOOBOO STEWART and CHARLIE BEWLEY. THE TWILIGHT LEXICON The Twilight Lexicon will be on hand throughout the weekend to meet fans and participate in activities including their presentation of exclusive panels each day. Here is what they have planned... Friday: The Real Forks: a video driving tour through Forks and La Push and a Q&A about the town. Saturday: Tales From the BLACK Carpet. Ever wonder what goes on between all the screaming at a Hollywood premiere? Find out as the Twilight Lexicon describes what it's like to be in the eye of the storm, now including exclusive new footage from The Twilight Saga: Eclipse black carpet. Sunday: Twilight Saga Set Visit - The Lexicon was on set of Twilight the day that Catherine Hardwicke referred to as: "The day that made grown men cry". Hear about that day of crazy weather on the beach and share her video interviews with Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner. They were also on the set of New Moon and can speak about the vast difference between the two experiences.

BELLA'S DIARY Bellasdiary.com is one of the top Twilight fansites online bringing their readers the widely popular "Bella's Diary," which is fanfic written by the sites owner/founder Krystal McLean. The site also caters to TwiHards who want to get all of the most up to date news on the Twilight books and movies. Bella's Diary was started in an attempt to quench Krystal's own Twilight thirst after finishing the books, but attracted thousands of loyal readers along the way. The diary entries have made the readers laugh, cry, left them on the edge of their seats and shocked them. This will be a panel you wont want to miss, so be sure to come check us out!

FANTASY FACES & BA BODYART Andrea O'Donnell is an award winning makeup artist who has been making the world a more beautiful place for over 20 years. In 2004, Andrea turned her focus toward the more colorful side of makeup artistry in the form of face and body painting, and founded her Michigan based company Fantasy Faces & BA BodyArt. Andrea is an internationally recognized artist, instructor, and competitor, winning 1st place at the 2009 Face and Body Art International Convention. She has been traveling with various Twilight fan conventions through the United States since 2008, but is now working exclusively with the Official Twilight Conventions, providing Twi-hard fans (and an occasional vampire or wolf) with all of their cosmetic needs; from fantasy makeup, to temporary tattoos, to hair accessories, jewelry, colored contacts and more! The TwiGirl image series is Andrea's unique creation, her own artistic rendering of the stories and elements from this amazing book and film phenomenon. Autograph and Photo Op Tickets do not include admission to the convention. You must have an admission ticket for the convention in order to redeem autograph and photo op tickets.

Here's the rare chance to get an in-person hand-signed autograph by your favorite celebrity. We do autographing row by row for those that have them included in their packages followed by additional autograph tickets called by number. If autographs are part of your ticket package you can get any additional signatures you've purchased the first time you come up. You must bring an item for the celebrity to sign: you can bring something from home or purchase an officially licensed photograph or souvenir at the convention. Note: Guests appear ONE day of the convention, so therefore their autographing and/or photo ops take place that day, except in VERY rare occasions which will be noted. If you are not attending all days of the convention it is wise to wait until specific days of appearance are announced before purchasing autographs or photo ops. July 15, 2010: We have just been informed by Kellan Lutz's representative that Kellan is unable to attend Toronto due to reshoots scheduled for his movie "The Killing Game." If you are holding SEPARATE Kellan autograph tickets or photo op tickets you may use these as "cash" at the convention for other tickets or merchandise.

NOTE: At least one of the occupants must be 18 yrs old. The adult must also stay in the guestroom (i.e. a parent doesn’t just come and check-in with the child, then return home). Patrons must be 19+ years old to consume alcohol. A valid ID may be requested at the front desk for check-in and at the bar or reception for serving alcohol.

Creation Entertainment holds a "block" of rooms for our attendees. These blocks of rooms have a lower rate than standard rates at the hotel, but they also have a "cut-off" point after which hotels may choose to revert back to their own higher rates for our customers. Usually this cut off date is one month prior to the event, but this does vary. Therefore it is always wise to book your rooms for our conventions as early as possible.
