PHOTO TAKING POLICY
AT THIS CONVENTION
We know that taking photos makes the convention even more fun and we thought it would be a good idea to share our photo taking policies for you before you arrive at the convention so you can prepare. In the auditorium, photo taking is encouraged, but only from your seat. It is unfair to run up to the stage and block the view of others who have paid for reserved seats in front of you. Even if there are empty seats, patrons must sit in the seats they paid for to be fair to everyone. Due to fire marshall regulations everyone must be seated during performances. Please also be courteous to your neighbors when taking pictures. Photo taking is not allowed during autographing sessions nor during the photo ops. Only those people who have autograph tickets may come up to get autographs. At the various parties and food functions: photo taking is encouraged when the guests arrive (but only from your seats). After a sufficient time for all to get their photos we ask that your cameras be placed down so the celebrities can enjoy their time at these events. Thank you for understanding the need to have these few rules so everyone is safe and has fun.

If you purchase separate autograph or photo ops with a guest that cancels, you have the option of using those funds as "cash" at the event or returning the unused autograph or photo op ticket to us for a refund. FRIDAY NIGHT KARAOKE CONCERT One of the most fun events of the weekend, where our attendees get to shine on the big stage! Our DJ has all the hits, you have the voice and are ready to go! Prizes for the audience favorites! Hosted by the lovely Julia Jones, Leah Clearwater herself! This event is complimentary for our Gold Weekend Patrons (keeping their same great seats) for other general admission tickets are $10 each available at the convention.

SATURDAY NIGHT VOLTURI VAMPIRE BALL Fans from around the globe congregate in their finest vampire wear to raise the roof! Prizes for best costume and best dancers! Here's the perfect way to meet and mingle with fellow fans from around the globe and we'll also welcome in special appearances: DANIEL CUDMORE, BOOBOO STEWART, CHRISTOPHER HEYERDAHL and other celebrities to be announced. A super-hot DJ is set, the dance floor is ready, and this party is fine for all ages. A cash bar will be open for those that wish to order beverages. This event is included on a complimentary basis for GOLD WEEKEND PATRONS. We have a FEW extra tickets that are available for those who are not Gold Patrons. TWILIGHT TRIVIA GAMES Here's where YOU get to show off your knowledge of all things Twilight: novels and film! There's the YES/NO game where contestants are brought up from the audience to vie for hundreds of dollars in prizes, and we'll also be doing our famous "Stump The Experts" game where audience members can try to stump the Twilight geniuses and win! So let's get studying and ready to win.... please bring along trivia questions to ask too: all questions must be answered by something that appeared in the novels or in the film.

TWILIGHT LEXICON WILL BE PART OF THE FUN! The Twilight Lexicon, quoted by Stephenie Meyer as "the brightest star in the Twilight online universe," is one of the original and most visited Twilight fansites. They will be hosting panels throughout the weekend to share with the fans some of the great experiences and behind-the-scenes insights they’ve gained from their work in the fandom. Representing the website this weekend will be Lori (Alphie) and Shelley (SomethingBlue). Panel topics and days are subject to change. Friday - The Real Forks A video driving tour through Forks and La Push and a Q&A about the town. Saturday - Tales from the Black carpet Yes, you read that right, the premiere carpet was black and not red. Ever wonder what goes on between all the screaming at a Hollywood premiere? Find out as the Twilight Lexicon describes what it's like to be in the eye of the storm, now including exclusive new footage from The Twilight Saga: Eclipse black carpet. Sunday - Twilight Saga Set Visit The Lexicon was on set of Twilight the day that Catherine Hardwicke referred to as: “The day that made grown men cry”. Hear about that day of crazy weather on the beach and share her video interviews with Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner. They were also on the set of New Moon and can speak about the vast difference between the two experiences.

TWILIGHT MOMS PANEL We're happy to present a special panel with The TwilightMOMS on Saturday. When TwilightMOMS.com founder, Lisa Hansen, took her search to the Internet to try and find another woman somewhere in the world like her, an average wife, a mom, a working woman and secretly obsessed with the world of The Twilight Saga, she never expected to find her query answered by legions of women from all over the world who indeed are just like her. Women from all walks of life have been able to breathe a sigh of relief that they are not alone in their obsession. TwilightMOMS rapidly became one of the major news sources for Twilight fans everywhere. The site catering to adults revealed a previously taboo and unknown demographic of fans of The Twilight Saga, as well as for the YA genre of literature in general. Whatever your age, come join us for a fun and heartfelt panel with some of the great ladies involved with the website.

EDWARD'S MEADOW PANEL Once upon a time, there was a coven of vampires, the Cullens, that lived in the small rainy town of Forks, Washington. Two of these vampires, Edward and Bella, had a secret place they would go to together. It was Edward's meadow. In 2007, they knew they would be leaving soon, and so decided to make the meadow open to the public, since Edward and Bella wouldn't be using it anymore. They knew that there would be thousands of "Twilight fans" who would want to come and see it, but realized that not all of them would be able to come. So they decided to make an online version of Edward's meadow so that fans wouldn't have to travel all the way to Forks to visit! And, let's face it, with all the contests, activities, exclusive interviews and event coverage they have, it's in some ways better than the real Edward's meadow! Come and see the first ever big screen showing of Edward's Meadow's hit films, Twilight the Spoof and The Spoof Saga: New Moon! We will also be showing a never before seen sneak peek of our next film, The Spoof Saga: Eclipse (coming out spring of 2011)! The films will be presented by several of it's actors--in costume and ready to have a blast with you!

Autograph and Photo Op Tickets do not include admission to the convention. You must have an admission ticket for the convention in order to redeem autograph and photo op tickets.

Here's the rare chance to get an in-person hand-signed autograph by your favorite celebrity. We do autographing row by row for those that have them included in their packages followed by additional autograph tickets called by number. If autographs are part of your ticket package you can get any additional signatures you've purchased the first time you come up. You must bring an item for the celebrity to sign: you can bring something from home or purchase an officially licensed photograph or souvenir at the convention. Creation Entertainment holds a "block" of rooms for our attendees. These blocks of rooms have a lower rate than standard rates at the hotel, but they also have a "cut-off" point after which hotels may choose to revert back to their own higher rates for our customers. Usually this cut off date is one month prior to the event, but this does vary. Therefore it is always wise to book your rooms for our conventions as early as possible.
