PHOTO TAKING POLICY
AT THIS CONVENTION
We know that taking photos makes the convention even more fun and we thought it would be a good idea to share our photo taking policies for you before you arrive at the convention so you can prepare. In the auditorium, photo taking is encouraged, but only from your seat. It is unfair to run up to the stage and block the view of others who have paid for reserved seats in front of you. Even if there are empty seats, patrons must sit in the seats they paid for to be fair to everyone. Due to fire marshall regulations everyone must be seated during performances. Please also be courteous to your neighbors when taking pictures. Photo taking is not allowed during autographing sessions nor during the photo ops. Only those people who have autograph tickets may come up to get autographs. At the various parties and food functions: photo taking is encouraged when the guests arrive (but only from your seats). After a sufficient time for all to get their photos we ask that your cameras be placed down so the celebrities can enjoy their time at these events. Thank you for understanding the need to have these few rules so everyone is safe and has fun.

Once in many moons a new genre craze begins and so it is for TWILIGHT, the epic series of books and smash hit feature film (with sequels to follow). We are proud to present the Creation Entertainment's Official Twilight Convention 2010 in the city of ARLINGTON, VIRGINIA, our first visit to this area of the country! We're very happy to have the convention held at the Sheraton National Hotel!

With fantastic guest stars from the film, wonderful programming, panels and events, themed parties, autographs and photo ops, live musical performances and more: make your plans now to join the celebration! April 22: Christopher Heyerdahl can not be with us due to his filming schedule so Justin Chon (Eric Yorkie) will be replacing Chris on the schedule! April 8: Kellan Lutz's representation has told us that he is unable to fulfill his contractual obligation to appear at the convention due to his work on a new film. All separate Kellan autograph tickets and photo op tickets are being immediately refunded to credit and debit cards. New guests will fill Kellan's spot on the program and at the Sunday breakfast. We wish Kellan well with his film and look forward to welcoming him at future conventions. March 24: We have been advised that Bronson Pelletier is unable to be with us. Those that purchased separate autograph tickets and/or photo ops with Bronson or the duo photo up with Bronson and Kiowa can use those tickets as "cash" at the convention for additional tickets or merchandise. A replacement guest will be named soon. ALL GUESTS are contracted to appear and all convention contracts specify that appearances are subject to change as film and television work demands take precedence as can a personal conflict. Our events will take place whether a specific guest cancels or not (we always try to book replacements) and therefore we can not issue admission ticket or ticket package refunds if a particular guest does not fulfill their appearance contract. If you purchase separate autograph or photo ops with a guest that cancels, you have the option of using those funds as "cash" at the event or returning the unused autograph or photo op ticket to us for a refund. TWILIGHT TRIVIA GAMES Here's where YOU get to show off your knowledge of all things Twilight: novels and film! There's the YES/NO game where contestants are brought up from the audience to vie for hundreds of dollars in prizes, and we'll also be doing our famous "Stump The Experts" game where audience members can try to stump the Twilight geniuses and win! So let's get studying and ready to win.... please bring along trivia questions to ask too: all questions must be answered by something that appeared in the novels or in the film.

TWILIGHT LEXICON WILL BE PART OF THE FUN! The great folks from the world's most popular Twilight fan site will be with us to do a number of panels discussing Twilight fandom and their special insight into same. Don't miss our friends from "The Lex"! Here are the tentative topics of discussion at The Twilight Lexicon events at the convention: Friday 4/23: The Real Forks: a video driving tour through Forks and La Push and a Q&A about the town. Saturday 4/24: Tales From the Red Carpet. Ever wonder what goes on in between all the screaming at a Hollywood premiere? See an exclusive behind the scenes glimpse as the Twilight Lexicon describes what it's like to be in the eye of the storm. Sunday 4/25: Media Madness Run Amok - Laura Byrne-Cristiano deals with every type of media and their reports from the Twilight universe. She has become a crack detective at debunking the rumors and learning what makes sense to pass on to the fans and what doesn’t.

TWILIGHT MOMS PANEL We're happy to present a special panel with The TwilightMOMS on Saturday. When TwilightMOMS.com founder, Lisa Hansen, took her search to the Internet to try and find another woman somewhere in the world like her, an average wife, a mom, a working woman and secretly obsessed with the world of The Twilight Saga, she never expected to find her query answered by legions of women from all over the world who indeed are just like her. Women from all walks of life have been able to breathe a sigh of relief that they are not alone in their obsession. TwilightMOMS rapidly became one of the major news sources for Twilight fans everywhere. The site catering to adults revealed a previously taboo and unknown demographic of fans of The Twilight Saga, as well as for the YA genre of literature in general. Whatever your age, come join us for a fun and heartfelt panel with some of the great ladies involved with the website.

FANTASY FACES & BA BODYART Andrea O'Donnell is an award winning makeup artist who has been making the world a more beautiful place for over 20 years. In 2004, Andrea turned her focus toward the more colorful side of makeup artistry in the form of face and body painting, and founded her Michigan based company Fantasy Faces & BA BodyArt. Andrea is an internationally recognized artist, instructor, and competitor, winning 1st place at the 2009 Face and Body Art International Convention. She has been traveling with various Twilight fan conventions through the United States since 2008, but is now working exclusively with the Official Twilight Conventions, providing Twi-hard fans (and an occasional vampire or wolf) with all of their cosmetic needs; from fantasy makeup, to temporary tattoos, to hair accessories, jewelry, colored contacts and more! The TwiGirl image series is Andrea's unique creation, her own artistic rendering of the stories and elements from this amazing book and film phenomenon. The original TwiGirl 2009 gained worldwide publicity and was published in several international magazines, including some from the UK and Australia. You'll get complimentary in-person autographs from all: AWESOME! You get ONE autograph per celebrity, and have the option to purchase more if offered for individual sale.

3) YOU ARE AMONG THE FIRST to get autographs for all our signings that are done row by row in the MAIN AUDITORIUM. We go row by row, you are in the rows to the rear or sides of our Gold Patrons: you get the idea!

4) PREFERRED PACKAGES PRE-REGISTRATION: you get to register EARLY during a special pre-registration block of time. While not a necessity, just a benefit, you can get your credentials early and you are set!

Autograph and Photo Op Tickets do not include admission to the convention. You must have an admission ticket for the convention in order to redeem autograph and photo op tickets.

Here's the rare chance to get an in-person hand-signed autograph by your favorite celebrity. We do autographing row by row for those that have them included in their packages followed by additional autograph tickets called by number. If autographs are part of your ticket package you can get any additional signatures you've purchased the first time you come up. You must bring an item for the celebrity to sign: you can bring something from home or purchase an officially licensed photograph or souvenir at the convention. Creation Entertainment holds a "block" of rooms for our attendees. These blocks of rooms have a lower rate than standard rates at the hotel, but they also have a "cut-off" point after which hotels may choose to revert back to their own higher rates for our customers. Usually this cut off date is one month prior to the event, but this does vary. Therefore it is always wise to book your rooms for our conventions as early as possible.

Thanks for being with us! We really appreciate your visit and we want to make sure you have the absolute best time! With that in mind a few rules to keep everyone safe:

1) Photo taking from your seats only, do not rush the stage when guests appear. Flashes while the stage lighting is on and theatre is dark will cause your photos not to come out well, full lights are turned on towards the end of the sessions.

We are happy to welcome Internet sensations, the incredibly talented Hannah & Hilly Hindi, creators of “THE HILLYWOOD SHOW,” along with their cast members, Drew Lorentz, Jacob Jost and Kyle Dayton as your convention hosts at Creation Entertainment’s Official TWILIGHT Convention North American Tour 2010. Their amazing Twilight Parody films have been viewed by millions on YouTube. You’ll love meeting THE HILLYWOOD SHOW in person and grabbing a photo with them in various character costumes and make-up. We still have some backstage VIP packages available which lets you come backstage during the daytime conventions, personally meet all the guests, and also gives you front of line privileges all weekend for any event you have a ticket for (including autographs and photo ops).
