PHOTO TAKING POLICY
AT THIS CONVENTION
We know that taking photos makes the convention even more fun and we thought it would be a good idea to share our photo taking policies for you before you arrive at the convention so you can prepare. In the auditorium, photo taking is encouraged, but only from your seat. It is unfair to run up to the stage and block the view of others who have paid for reserved seats in front of you. Even if there are empty seats, patrons must sit in the seats they paid for to be fair to everyone. Due to fire marshall regulations everyone must be seated during performances. Please also be courteous to your neighbors when taking pictures. Photo taking is not allowed during autographing sessions nor during the photo ops. Only those people who have autograph tickets may come up to get autographs. At the various parties and food functions: photo taking is encouraged when the guests arrive (but only from your seats). After a sufficient time for all to get their photos we ask that your cameras be placed down so the celebrities can enjoy their time at these events. Thank you for understanding the need to have these few rules so everyone is safe and has fun.

April 12: We have been advised that Kellan Lutz will not be able to fulfill his contractual obligation to appear at the convention due to his new film work. We wish Kellan the best with his new movie and hope to see him soon at future events. All those patrons who ordered separate Kellan autograph and photo op tickets are having their money refunded via their credit or debit cards. ALL GUESTS are contracted to appear and all convention contracts specify that appearances are subject to change as film and television work demands take precedence as can a personal conflict. Our events will take place whether a specific guest cancels or not (we always try to book replacements) and therefore we can not issue admission ticket or ticket package refunds if a particular guest does not fulfill their appearance contract. If you purchase separate autograph or photo ops with a guest that cancels, you have the option of using those funds as "cash" at the event or returning the unused autograph or photo op ticket to us for a refund. Please note prior to purchasing your tickets that you are buying a ticket for The Official TWILIGHT CONVENTION and not for specific guest appearance(s). TWILIGHT TRIVIA GAMES Here's where YOU get to show off your knowledge of all things Twilight: novels and film! There's the YES/NO game where contestants are brought up from the audience to vie for hundreds of dollars in prizes, and we'll also be doing our famous "Stump The Experts" game where audience members can try to stump the Twilight geniuses and win! So let's get studying and ready to win.... please bring along trivia questions to ask too: all questions must be answered by something that appeared in the novels or in the film.

TWILIGHT LEXICON WILL BE PART OF THE FUN! The great folks from the world's most popular Twilight fan site will be with us to do a number of panels discussing Twilight fandom and their special insight into same. Don't miss our friends from "The Lex"! Here are the tentative topics of discussion at The Twilight Lexicon events at the convention (note that topics are subject to change and will be finalized upon publishing of the schedule of events for this convention). Friday: The Real Forks: a video driving tour through Forks and La Push and a Q&A about the town. Saturday: One of OUR Favorite Things - In the Audience at a Talk Show The Twilight Lexicon had the amazing opportunity to attend the filming of one of the most popular talk shows in history and it was all about Twilight! Kristen, Taylor, Rob and Dakota were on hand for the show. We'll tell you about what it was like to be in the audience and watch the magic happen live! Sunday: Twilight Saga Set Visit - The Lexicon was on set of Twilight the day that Catherine Hardwicke referred to as: “The day that made grown men cry”. Hear about that day of crazy weather on the beach and share her video interviews with Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner. They were also on the set of New Moon and can speak about the vast difference between the two experiences.

NEW SPECIAL ATTRACTION: LESLIE GRAHAM Make-up Artist of New Moon and Eclipse will be on hand all weekend in the vendors area and she will be providing vampire make-overs to our attendees for $35 each! Have yourself vampirized by the talented lady behind some of the make-up for New Moon & Eclipse: awesome!

FANTASY FACES & BA BODYART Andrea O'Donnell is an award winning makeup artist who has been making the world a more beautiful place for over 20 years. In 2004, Andrea turned her focus toward the more colorful side of makeup artistry in the form of face and body painting, and founded her Michigan based company Fantasy Faces & BA BodyArt. Andrea is an internationally recognized artist, instructor, and competitor, winning 1st place at the 2009 Face and Body Art International Convention. She has been traveling with various Twilight fan conventions through the United States since 2008, but is now working exclusively with the Official Twilight Conventions, providing Twi-hard fans (and an occasional vampire or wolf) with all of their cosmetic needs; from fantasy makeup, to temporary tattoos, to hair accessories, jewelry, colored contacts and more! The TwiGirl image series is Andrea's unique creation, her own artistic rendering of the stories and elements from this amazing book and film phenomenon. The original TwiGirl 2009 gained worldwide publicity and was published in several international magazines, including some from the UK and Australia. GENERAL ADMISSION SINGLE DAY TICKETS

Here's the most economical way to attend any ONE or TWO days of the convention.
You get a non-reserved seat in the rear of the theatre where all the guests appear as well as admittance to the vendors area. These tickets do not include autographs, photo ops, or parties which all can be purchased separately (see elsewhere on this page).

AUTOGRAPHS

Autograph and Photo Op Tickets do not include admission to the convention. You must have an admission ticket for the convention in order to redeem autograph and photo op tickets.

Here's the rare chance to get an in-person hand-signed autograph by your favorite celebrity. We do autographing row by row for those that have them included in their packages followed by additional autograph tickets called by number. If autographs are part of your ticket package you can get any additional signatures you've purchased the first time you come up. You must bring an item for the celebrity to sign: you can bring something from home or purchase an officially licensed photograph or souvenir at the convention. Note: Guests appear ONE day of the convention, so therefore their autographing and/or photo ops take place that day, except in VERY rare occasions which will be noted. If you are not attending all days of the convention it is wise to wait until specific days of appearance are announced before purchasing autographs or photo ops. You must have an admission ticket to the convention to get autographs or photo ops.

Photo Op Tickets do not include admission to the convention. You must have an admission ticket for the convention to enter into the photo op areas. Your photo will be taken by Creation's all knowing and super-powerful official staff photographers. They take the best pictures, make the stars comfortable & willing to pose more freely with fans, and generally are beloved by all. Single Celebrity Photo Op tickets will be priced at $50 each at the convention (unless noted), if still available. Group or duo celebrity photo ops will be priced the same in advance as at the door, if still available.

Tickets will be available at the event.

If you are Canadian or other nationality outside of America, your credit card company will convert your funds to American dollars if you pay by credit card. As of this writing, the Canadian/American exchange rate is about equal. We will accept both American and Canadian currency at the convention.

April 12: We have been advised that Kellan Lutz will not be able to fulfill his contractual obligation to appear at the convention due to his new film work. We wish Kellan the best with his new movie and hope to see him soon at future events. All those patrons who ordered separate Kellan autograph and photo op tickets are having their money refunded via their credit or debit cards.

Creation Entertainment holds a "block" of rooms for our attendees. These blocks of rooms have a lower rate than standard rates at the hotel, but they also have a "cut-off" point after which hotels may choose to revert back to their own higher rates for our customers. Usually this cut off date is one month prior to the event, but this does vary. Therefore it is always wise to book your rooms for our conventions as early as possible.

Thanks for being with us! We really appreciate your visit and we want to make sure you have the absolute best time! With that in mind a few rules to keep everyone safe:

1) Photo taking from your seats only, do not rush the stage when guests appear. Flashes while the stage lighting is on and theatre is dark will cause your photos not to come out well, full lights are turned on towards the end of the sessions.
2) No need to run to photo ops, we’ll get them all done. PHOTO OPS are done on a first come/first taken basis but line moves VERY FAST once it gets going.
3) Please have your items for signature out and ready during autograph sessions. Personalizations are at the discretion of the celebrities signing.
4) Our volunteers are here to help you and we thank them for doing so. However if you have an issue with ANYONE or ANYTHING please let us know during the convention so we can solve the problem. We can’t help out if you don’t tell us!
5) Please sit ONLY in the seat you paid for.
6) At the request of our guests, ABSOLUTELY no video or
audiotaping PLEASE!
7) Please turn cell phones and kindly refrain from talking when a speaker or event is on stage.

YOUR HOSTS FOR THE CONVENTION WEEKEND!
We are happy to welcome Internet sensations, the incredibly talented Hannah & Hilly Hindi, creators of “THE HILLYWOOD SHOW,” along with their cast members, Drew Lorentz, Jacob Jost and Kyle Dayton as your convention hosts at Creation Entertainment’s Official TWILIGHT Convention North American Tour 2010. Their amazing Twilight Parody films have been viewed by millions on YouTube. You’ll love meeting THE HILLYWOOD SHOW in person and grabbing a photo with them in various character costumes and make-up. We still have some backstage VIP packages available which lets you come backstage during the daytime conventions, personally meet all the guests, and also gives you front of line privileges all weekend for any event you have a ticket for (including autographs and photo ops). The VIP package goes for $500, see registration if interested.

Enjoy a delicious continental breakfast with fellow fans and welcome celebrity guests PETER FACINELLI & CAMERON BRIGHT who will be escorted around the room so all attendees can personally meet them. This special event is not included in any ticket packages and must be purchased separately at registration for $89 on Friday or Saturday by mid-afternoon. Photos permitted as guests enter the room then we ask that cameras are put away so all can enjoy the casual nature of the event. Items for bid will benefit The Epilepsy Foundation (www.epilepsyfoundation.org)

3:30 pm TWILIGHT LEXICON PANEL: Twilight Saga Set Visit - The Lexicon was on set of Twilight the day that Catherine Hardwicke referred to as: “The day that made grown men cry”. Hear about that day of crazy weather on the beach and share her video interviews with Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner. They were also on the set of New Moon and can speak about the vast difference between the two experiences.
